This is what you get: My unique 9-step cleaning process! 1. Supply a FREE printed estimate and demo, the estimate will include all the costs and how many hours the cleaning will take. 2. We will apply a weed killer 2 weeks before we carry out the cleaning. (we will advise if any precautions are necessary for your children or pets). 3. On the day of the clean we will remove all weeds from the paved area and edge any lawns that butt up to the paving. 4. With our unique process we Extreme Hot Pressure Clean and Extract all the soiling from the areas we are cleaning. 5. After you have inspected the cleaning and are completely satisfied we will apply our weed killer. 6. Apply our sealer to the paving (optional). Sealed paving stays cleaner longer. 7. We will apply kiln dried sand to any block paving we have cleaned and re-apply our weed killer. 8. We will re-inspect WITH YOU the whole area we have cleaned before we accept your payment. 9. For a nominal charge we can arrange follow up visits to remove any weeds that may appear and re-apply our weed killer. We have developed this package using extraction on our cleaning equipment to avoid any soiling or foul water from damaging or contaminating your property through doors or drains, for those who value quality and service over a cheap price.
